康复指导及电话回访
选配师会将您的个人档案信息归类入档，会在您购买助听器一周之后进行电话回访，询问助听器使用情况，佩戴效果没有达到预期的，我们的选配师会预约你再次到店根据情况对你的助听器进行微调。
用户使用期间有任何疑问或问题，随时都可以到验配中心去寻求验配师的帮助。
